The customer service and the fact that the outdoor pool turned into an aquatic park disrupted relaxation, not to mention the restaurant which, on the evening of my first night, hosted a private event with music until 24:00 and beyond. I’ll stop here; I hope they clarify everything in the description so guests don’t have to leave early with a paid day, as I did, and not get further hurt! The property objectively deserves more…
“Le manque d’affichage des prix est inacceptable ”
The environment and room quality are good. The restaurant was overpriced and we discovered the prices (which were neither displayed nor communicated) on the day of departure. We dined there three nights in a row and never got to use the terrace, which was privatized for parties with 60–80 people each night. We were moved the first night to a back‑office room and the next two nights to a small terrace behind the building with the dog and the family. Menus were imposed because nothing was written anywhere—no menu, no prices—so we assumed it was a full menu (the same as the one served to the party guests). We found out on the day of departure that we could have chosen à la carte. Still, there should have been a menu. The prices are prohibitive, 70 € per person, which, given the service and space we were forced into, is completely unreasonable. The rooms are superb, no doubt. However, the three successive parties spoiled the experience; it was difficult to find peace and sleep with loud music and noise until 1 – 2 am on one of the nights. The establishment clearly favors groups, treating restaurant guests at a corner table for 70 € (unacceptable) and during the day allowing paid access to an external clientele that turns the pool into a municipal pool. All of this is disgraceful for a place that markets the pool as a luxury, yet it is not available for a quiet moment. This is the first time I’ve seen a hotel with rooms priced between 200 and 300 € that charges 25 € per day for pool access (and it isn’t clearly indicated on the site) and 50 € for Padel to both hotel guests and outside visitors!
“Prachtig hotel, kamer niet comfortabel”
The resort is beautifully laid out. It’s built in a lovely, atmospheric style and is only a year old. The pool is truly stunning. The padel courts and football field are also great. The breakfast was delicious and luxurious. In 15 minutes you can drive to Termoli. At check‑in we were told we had to pay an extra 25 € per person for the pool. If you book directly it’s included, as is the padel court. They made us feel like we had paid very little, while in our view we had actually spent a lot because we wanted two days of luxury with a nice pool. That didn’t feel right or welcoming. You don’t expect the pool to be excluded. In the end we spoke with a nice English‑speaking owner, he understood and then we were allowed to use the pool as an exception. We did pay for the padel court, which was fine. We had a family room that was very cramped and especially uncomfortable because the air‑conditioning only worked downstairs while the upper floor had a sauna. It was really not doable in summer. That makes this beautiful complex less enjoyable, even though we paid a lot for it.
The pool and the room were good, but the organization was lacking.
“Soggiorno fantastico”
I had an amazing stay! From the reception to the check‑out everything was flawless. The location is spot‑on, the pool is a delight and the kitchen… what can I say, it was delicious! You can tell they pour their heart into everything. One of the highlights is the welcome: super friendly and always ready to help. Everyone on the staff is incredibly kind and makes you feel at home. The waiters are also praised for being very knowledgeable and efficient. The rooms are spotless and meticulously cared for. If you’re looking for a place to unwind near the sea with genuine hospitality, this is the spot. We’ll definitely come back! Thanks from the bottom of our hearts to Tiziana and the whole team. The only downside was the little time I could spend in this wonderful place.
