The location is stunning, the accommodation feels very high‑end and roomy, and the hosts were extremely attentive and warm, going the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect. I highly recommend this place.

“Spero di poter tornare presto!”

It’s a peaceful spot amid Umbrian forests, ideal for a romantic getaway or a family stay. We passed through on the Francesco trail. The alpacas are cute, but what really shines is the dreamy setting, the silence, the peace, and the owner’s hospitality. The tiny apartment was impeccably clean, even the kitchen. Unfortunately, when we arrived on foot we had nothing for dinner, so the owner fetched us a dinner from the Panaro restaurant. More impressively, the next day he prepared a ham sandwich for each of us knowing there were no nearby facilities, all without us asking. That kind of attention is unforgettable.

“Ottimo e confortevole”

A place with a charming view, surrounded by nature and greeted by alpacas at arrival; the apartment was spacious and comfortable. Mr Ivo directed us excellently on what to do nearby and where to eat, a perfect host. The breakfast was also great! We hope to return. Nothing to note.
