The location is ideal for SUP enthusiasts like us, the two‑story house has a bedroom with two sea‑view windows, air conditioning, and a veranda for outdoor dining. Nothing else about the apartment stands out.

A romantic, quiet spot with the sea just 3 m from the apartment entrance—perfect for those with a boat.
The kitchen had everything you’d need—stove, oven, dishes, pots, recycling bins, and a big fridge—and the host was helpful over the phone for any issues. However, the ground floor lacked shelves or cubbies for luggage, the bedroom on the first floor had only a closet without shelves, and the place had no air‑conditioning or dehumidifier; the ceiling fan was inadequate when temperatures were high and humidity was high.

The spot is gorgeous—just 1 m from the boat dock and 50 m from a cheap, good restaurant—but getting to the apartment takes at least 20 minutes from Nerezine via a rough but paved road. It’s far from any town, so if you have a car it’s worth the price for absolute peace and quiet. The house has all the comforts we needed, the owner was very kind, and there’s ample reserved parking; it’s also great for boat owners. The only flaw was the bed, which was too small—just a pizza and a half.
