The setting feels very pastoral and reminiscent of the lighting at the grilllands, with green everywhere that feels pleasant and inviting; the double room was not great, the lighting failed, and the furnishings were very sparse; the window/door from the room opens onto a view of Korkar and a fence.

The open grassy area and public spaces are great, and breakfast is excellent; the rooms are at the hostel level and the beds are very uncomfortable—ants appeared in one bed, and a foul smell in the bathroom of room two; we asked four times for someone to clean it and nothing happened, until the front desk woman finally threw us fresh linens and told us to sort it out; additionally, there was a company retreat that turned into a party until midnight (the front desk said they would finish at 11, but that never happened) and no hotel staff spoke with us.
