The location is very nice and the new building looks good from the outside, but except for the front desk staff named Natli, the rest of the staff are unfriendly, inattentive, uninterested, and like to swing in a hammock while working, which is unbelievable. The rooms are tiny, the bathroom cabinets are already soft in places and the veneer is peeling. The pool chairs are so old they almost fall apart. The pool was not cleaned, the beach access was advertised as a feature but is not usable for people with disabilities, and the path and beach are littered with trash and old, worn-out chairs that were thrown into the bushes. Breakfast is a joke; if you want eggs you have to pay extra. Cats are everywhere on and around the tables, which is disgusting.

“Kind staff but very disappointed with hotel overall”

The pool was nice and the staff friendly, but I booked this hotel specifically for its beach/cliffside location and it was very disappointing compared to the photos. The pool area was fine, but overall the property feels poorly maintained, with cigarette butts on the ground, broken or torn umbrellas, used towels, empty glasses and bottles everywhere, giving a sense of neglect and an overrun with cats at breakfast. Two small water bottles were provided for the first two days, then I was told there were no more the following mornings. My room was cleaned and tidied each day. The staff were kind, but the stay was not worth the price.

The pool area was nice and we had easy access to the coastal swimming spot, and breakfast was great, but my partner and I were bitten to shreds—so bad we thought it was bed bugs because of the pattern, yet the staff insisted it was normal. It was not pleasant. The hotel only gave us two tiny water bottles on the first day and refused to provide more during our stay, which was disappointing compared to other cheaper places that offer a filtered water station.

“Un hôtel de qualité avec un emplacement superbe mais un personnel peu professionnel”

The room was large, well equipped, and had a beautiful sea view; parking is easy by car and very convenient; breakfast was very good. The bar and restaurant service fell short with misunderstandings and long waits.
