The lobby was clean and roomy, the elevator moved quickly, and the room was comfortable and tidy, but the shower lacked power.

Everyone on the staff was incredibly friendly and polite, the hotel itself was beautifully decorated and relaxing, and the rooms were spacious and spotless; any request was handled happily. A great hairdresser nearby had lovely ladies and a gentleman. However, the distance to any place without a car forced me to spend over $1000 on Ubers, and the coffee machine in our room didn’t work—after 11 nights I’d have appreciated a replacement, which I asked for a few times.
