“Hotel 4 étoiles !!! la classification n'est pas celle qui correspond à l'Europe c'est certain”

This hotel's location is right on a busy route, which made for a lot of noise and constant traffic. Unfortunately, the staff didn't exactly make up for it - they barely spoke any English, and the luggage handler was super pushy and kept banging the bags around. To make matters worse, the key card demagnetized right away, and we had trouble getting into our room.

To be honest, everything about this hotel was terrible. I left a day early and didn't even bother to ask for a refund. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone - it's not worth the money.

I'm still fuming about our stay at this hotel. The morning of our check-out, we were handed back our car, which the hotel staff had parked the night before, with a flat tire. The "parking" area was more like a dump, with no asphalt and litter everywhere.

The room was dark, the beds were terrible, and the springs were sticking out. We managed to overlook that, but when we asked for a clean sheet, they told us they didn't have any. We had to fix the torn sheet ourselves. The breakfast was also a disaster - they didn't even bother to wash the cups we were given to drink tea from, so we had to wash them ourselves in the bathroom.

“They tried to trick me into paying for drinks in the fridge when I didn't drink them, bad hotel”

The hotel tried to pull a fast one on me by charging for drinks I didn't even touch. The room was fine, but the sneaky billing was a major turnoff. I'm not impressed with this place.
