“Would not stay there ever again. I have filed a compndlaint with you and haven't heard back.”

No breakfast. Great location. Place awful. Clandestine operation of Airbnb in disguise. Facilities, lack of cleanliness, state of abandon, misleading information, substandard room.

“Ottima posizione”

I arrived around 9 p.m. and the bathroom was dirty; after I mentioned it, it was cleaned the next morning. It was unpleasant to shower and use the facilities in those conditions, but the next day the bathroom was perfect and they even added a shower mat that wasn’t there before, something we hadn’t seen in any of our previous stays.

The location is great, the area feels super safe, and everything is well connected to public transport. The check‑in communication was excellent, though I would have liked a trash bin added to the room.
