The room was spotless and organized, though the fan made a noticeable noise that we managed to live with. The decor feels fresh, and while the TV is a bit small for the room, we liked having Netflix, a fridge, and a microwave in the room. The air conditioner, however, is really loud.

It was clean and the bed was good, but I have a service dog for mobility and they put me in a place tucked near the pet relief area, forcing me to walk around to my room; then I tripped on the bottom lip of the door because it was up more, and thank goodness my dog caught me. The bathroom had a sunken tub, which is understandable, but for someone who can’t or has a hard time with steps it was difficult to get in and out, and the grab bars were not in the right places. Near the pet relief area I was woken up by drunk people making out on the rocks, throwing bottles and screaming.

The reception was great—check‑in was quick and the staff explained everything clearly. It was my first time in Roseville, and we had a good time. The first room was just okay and I didn’t want to complain, but I did notice dead flies on the curtains and the staircase, and urine all over the hallway—there was even a homeless woman using a downstairs outlet to charge her phone; she told us she was homeless after we asked for a light. We requested a room closer to the pool and had to wait until the next day, but it turned out fine. The room was great, and it was my partner’s 55th birthday, so that made it special.

The woman who checked me in was incredibly friendly; she’s a blonde with long-ish hair and spoke highly of the hotel and its guests, giving me useful tips about the area. I’m actually from here, so that was helpful. Parking was easy and roomy.
