Everyone was friendly and greeted us whenever they saw us, the breakfast was super delicious with tasty orange and watermelon juice, the buffet dinner was also great, the room was spotless and the buggy was handy for getting around; overall it was a fantastic stay and I’ll definitely return, thanks for the wonderful experience. The only downside was the mosquitoes, but otherwise it was great.

I had an amazing time at Natra Bintan – the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming. They offered free return transfers to Lagoi Ferry Terminal, and the hotel’s taxi service made getting around a breeze. The facilities were excellent, and the views were absolutely stunning. All in all, it was a relaxing and unforgettable stay, and I’ll definitely return! ❤️

E' un posto favoloso! Ci siamo trovati benissimo e il personale è il migliore che abbia mai incontrato. Ti coccolano dal primo momento che si arriva fino a quando si va via. Consigliatissimo. Vale tutti i soldi spesi. Tutto bene.
