We made a reservation that was confirmed. To our surprise, when we arrived the door was locked. We called the phone number listed at the entrance hundreds of times with no answer. Because of the lack of response we booked another place in a different city. Two days later we were told the original hotel was closed for cleaning. Fatal.

The Quinta das Relvas is the perfect spot if you want to be close to nature and unwind. The place has leisure areas, a kitchen and dining space surrounded by vast greenery. It’s truly inspiring, and the staff are super attentive and friendly. I only have to recommend it!

The lady who welcomed us was very friendly and attentive. I have no major complaints because it was exactly what we expected; just a note that it gets very dark when walking from the tents to the bathrooms at night—perhaps a little lighting would be a good idea.
