Staying here was amazing, with the perfect spot right by the castle and nearby car parks, plenty of food and drink spots, Welsh cakes in the lounge on arrival, a huge comfy bed, a spotless room with quirky décor, and a lovely owner who greeted us and guided us to our room; we loved every bit and would return.

Everything was great—Mellissa is a fabulous host who thinks of everything, the rooms are quirky and the beds comfy; we’ve stayed before and will definitely come back.

The style was cool, every inch curated, and the room was comfortable with everything needed; check‑in was super easy, the host was communicative and kind with great recommendations, the breakfast was the best I’ve had in a long time, and the location was terrific, right across the street from the castle; highly recommend anyone at Number 18 to see the castle and walk the city walls.

I had a wonderful stay at Number 18; from the start Melissa was exceptionally kind, welcoming, and thoughtful, genuinely caring about my comfort, and when my trip to Conwy was delayed she was incredibly understanding and accommodating; she always made me feel welcome and was happy to help; the accommodation was lovely, comfortable, full of character, and the location was fantastic for exploring Conwy and North Wales; her personal attention stood out, arranging breakfast at 7:30 am on my departure morning as promised; such thoughtful hospitality makes all the difference; I travel a lot and can confidently say Melissa is one of the loveliest hosts I’ve met; Number 18 is more than a place to sleep—it’s where you feel genuinely looked after; thank you, Melissa, for making my Conwy visit special; I’d happily stay again and wholeheartedly recommend Number 18 to anyone visiting the area.
