I appreciated the staff’s attention, but it was very expensive for what it was.
We had an absolutely spectacular stay at Hostal Lupita; the facilities and the location were both convenient, and I have to highlight Flora and Felipe’s attentive care and focus on our well‑being. It was truly a spectacular experience.
The location was good, but when we arrived the staff weren’t there to greet us or explain how to get around.
