“Good location, neat and nice customer service”

The location was good.

“Séjour agréable en dépit de quelques gênes mais je n'y retournerai pas.”

The spot was wonderfully situated for what I came to do in Accra, with plenty of shops and dining options around, and the property was calm and overall clean. However, I’d read reviews about old, torn sheets, and the linens in both rooms I stayed in were indeed old and torn but still clean. There was no Wi‑Fi on the premises, which was very inconvenient, especially since getting a SIM card here requires a resident card first. I managed to connect thanks to a friend who let me use one of their SIMs. The young man at reception always looked as if he’d just gotten out of bed; a hotel should have more presentable staff. In the shower there were black mildew stains along the tub. At the end of my stay, I had a bizarre mishap: I paid for my room in advance, the receptionist counted the money in front of me and said the amount was correct. Later, he told me a 100‑Cedi bill was missing from the nine he’d received. I stood firm and didn’t pay extra, telling him it was impossible for me to owe him more after he’d already counted the correct amount.

The management was poor and the staff were not polite. The bed sheets were old and not clean.

“Their service is very poor”

The area was located nicely, but the receptionist was very disrespectful. When I arrived the rooms were already full, so they gave me an abandoned room that was under maintenance.
