“Good room and hotel but dubious installation of fire safety”
The room was spacious with a decent fridge and kettle, a central spot close to the beach, spotless and the bed was comfy. The downside was a green fire‑exit light that stayed on all night; on the first night it flickered white and illuminated the whole room at 2:30 am for five minutes before returning to green, which definitely disrupted my sleep. When I asked, I was told a power cut caused it. I get that fire exits need constant lighting, but it shouldn’t be inside a room.
