I felt right at home; the breakfast was truly special, the room was very quiet, and the location was super convenient for both the city centre and the station. The owners were very helpful, welcoming, and caring, though the rooms themselves were simple but impeccably clean and quiet.

The breakfast was delicious and the owners made us feel completely at home! They also supplied all the beach gear and were flexible when we asked for something outside the usual schedule. We did run into a bit of trouble with other guests being noisy after midnight, but the owners listened to us and addressed the loud visitors.

The spot’s location is excellent, close to bars, restaurants, and just a few steps from the coastal avenue, making it easy to reach the beach. The accommodation offers umbrellas, tarps, and other beach accessories. Breakfast was truly spectacular and homemade, and the owners’ service was outstanding. I’d highly recommend it. I liked everything.

Mauro and Lorenzo are fantastic hosts—very friendly and attentive to guests. Every morning the breakfast was amazing. The walls seem a little thin, as a neighbour mentioned late‑night chatter.
The hosts were engaging, friendly, and helpful. The location was great, the bed was comfortable, and breakfast was superb. Everything was fine.
