The garden is very beautiful and well cared for, the cleanliness is excellent, and the staff’s friendliness and helpfulness are outstanding. The Wi‑Fi is minimal and even the private internet is hardly usable for some reason.

The hotel is clean, the rooms are large, the facilities are great, and the snacks between meals were nice. It’s a family‑friendly place. The beach benches probably need to be replaced, but the water is very clean. Overall, it’s worth staying there.

The service was great.

The places were amazing! My 4‑year‑old loved everything, especially all the pools and particularly the one attached to our room. Everything else was great, staff were always polite and helpful, and the cleaning service was excellent—we got everything we asked for. The food could use a bit more variety, but the pancakes in the morning were fantastic. The Wi‑Fi was quite bad at the second bungalow, only working when on the balcony or close to the main building.

The staff were friendly, but the food lacked flavour and variety; breakfast and dinner were often the same poorly cooked dishes, so I was disappointed.
