Dinner and breakfast were exactly as I had imagined—delicious! The nearby sea was very quiet and lovely. I definitely want to return. Nothing to complain about.

The place was spotless, the view amazing, and it felt very welcoming. No issues.

The room was comfortable. I regret not checking beforehand that it was on the third floor and reached by stairs; carrying luggage up was tough for my knees.

We spent four nights here. The room was spacious, clean, and offered a nice view. An early check‑in was granted, which we really appreciated. One evening we dined at the attached restaurant, owned by the same people, and the meal was very pleasant. For guests without a car, the location feels remote with few nearby amenities. There is a good vegan café, a cool izakaya, and a pizza place nearby that we didn’t try. Cape Maeda and the beach are within walking distance, but the beach isn’t a managed public one and lacks infrastructure; the tide is low most of the day, which is a bit disappointing. The B&B seems aimed mainly at Japanese tourists. The owners are friendly but don’t speak English and can’t provide much information. There’s no reception desk; you can text or talk to them in the restaurant. The rooms are well kept but a bit dated; the mattresses need replacement as I could feel the coils. Despite that, we slept well and the room had a pleasant energy.

I run a restaurant too, so I could see the menu—French‑style crepes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, all bookable. The room was spacious and pleasant, and there was a free parking lot. The only downside is that you need a car; the hotel has no elevator, so I had to haul my luggage up to the third floor multiple times. The beach is a 10‑minute walk, which can be tiring with bags, especially in hot weather, and there are no water toys or tubes.
