Mainly the location: just one block from Praça da Independência, close to everything. The staff is very friendly, attentive, and willing to help. Our triple room was large and comfortable, everything very clean. Breakfast is very basic and could be better. I hadn’t realized that access to the floors was only by stairs. Otherwise, great hotel, I would return and definitely recommend it.

The staff, especially Ignacio, was very friendly, but the shower water pressure was a bit low.
