The staff were polite and helpful, the rooms were clean, and breakfast was excellent. The hotel was under renovation, so parts of the pool were unavailable.

“Local agradavel”

The location was very pleasant, even though it was still under renovation, but if the pool water were heated we would have stayed longer. The only issue was the cold pool water.

“Um hotel muito agradável.”

We were greeted warmly and the staff’s attentiveness was appreciated. The only gripe was the play area’s opening time; we checked out at 12 h, expected to use the space, but it only opens at 12 h, which was disappointing with two kids.

“Excelente e Leve”

Breakfast was hearty and delicious, though the tapioca only appears on alternate days instead of daily. Every room was spacious and very comfortable, cleaning was top‑level, and the overall facilities matched that standard. We dined at the hotel almost every night, the menu varied and everything was well prepared and tasty. Special kudos to the front desk and restaurant staff; every request we made was met, and they always showed genuine eagerness to help, even when it wasn’t possible. We had a few payment hiccups and a room‑choice issue (personal reasons, not the hotel), but the staff quickly resolved everything and made us feel at ease. They are the highlight of the property and make the stay truly unique. We felt very welcomed and they deserve applause! Their attentiveness and excellent service are why we’ll return.
