All the staff were very friendly and kind to me, which made me feel so happy. The location was very convenient. I had a great time there and would definitely book this hotel again next time. It was hard to get a Grab because the surrounding roads were closed. The area around the hotel was pedestrianized. It’s better to make a Grab reservation early, just in case.

The spot and the bed comfort were great, and breakfast had a good variety. The staff communication was poor—on arrival we were told the air‑conditioning was broken and they suggested we move to another hotel, but after we refused, they eventually fixed it.

The location is good. The lobby space is limited.

The place is in a great spot. When we arrived they told us the room we’d booked was already taken and tried to charge extra if we wanted a different room. There is no garage, so we paid 350 VND for a night to park my car. The Wi‑Fi is awful and the TV doesn’t connect to the internet.
