Overall, my experience was great, but there were a couple of issues that detracted from my stay. The pool was not clean, which was a letdown, and I also missed having a microwave in my room for convenience. Despite these drawbacks, I enjoyed my time and found the positives to outweigh the negatives.

My stay was excellent from start to finish. The room was spotless, and I was warmly welcomed by Lady Thato, who made me feel right at home. The restaurant was also a highlight, serving delicious food in a pleasant setting. I'm already looking forward to my next visit to Lephalale and would definitely choose this hotel again.

Unfortunately, my experience was marred by several issues. At night, I didn't have access to hot water, the shower was dirty, and there was an unpleasant smell coming from the air conditioning. These problems made it difficult for me to relax and enjoy my stay.
