The location was good and there are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, so no worries there. However, it was too crowded to relax, the sauna was unusable, and the pool was full of families, so I didn’t feel like going. I wouldn’t recommend it for anyone who wants to unwind alone; it’s more suited for families.

The hotel’s location is superb, the staff are very friendly and helpful, and they dealt with several internal room changes quickly and professionally; we’re a group of nine needing five rooms, and the Skylounge party area comes highly recommended, with great cocktails.

The hotel is good value for money. The rooms are large. The hotel is conveniently located. There are questions about cleaning quality—rooms were cleaned daily but not very thoroughly. For example, sand on the TV stand (kids put their beach glasses there) was never wiped off. Also, the room has a kitchen, but there is no cookware at all, so it’s unclear how to use it.

The location is very good, right in front of the beach, and you can reach the beach via a tunnel.
