“Very disappointed”
It was close and convenient to places I needed to be. I checked in, had attitude from the lady at the desk. I let her know that my boyfriend was coming by and that he had dogs but wasn’t staying overnight. She stated that if they stayed then there would be a pet charge. I said that is fine just let me know. I checked out and got a call from the guy at the desk and he stated that I was no longer allowed to stay at that facility anymore. I asked why? He stated about the pet charge. I said ok what do I need to do and he said we tried running your card and it didn’t go through so you are no longer allowed here anymore! I have absolutely NO PROBLEM paying what I need to pay. So I stated that I will blast the hotel all over Yelp and make sure people know how they treat guests! Also I had absolutely NO HOT WATER!!
