The staff were friendly and breakfast was excellent. The room wasn’t the one we booked; the pictures on Booking showed only three rooms, but we got one with a high window that couldn’t open. It was quite hot and stuffy, and it wasn’t very clean.

The people were mostly good, especially waiter Đole. Hygiene is maintained very carefully, but the shower cabin had a lot of mold after cleaning and needed re‑silicone.

Upon finding the hotel, I was warmly greeted and offered a larger room than I had booked. The dinner and breakfast at the hotel's restaurant were both excellent, with a great selection of local specialties. The internet connection was also reliable, and the laundry service was convenient. However, I did encounter some issues with the hotel's address, which was not up-to-date, and the staff seemed aware of the problem but had not yet rectified it.

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was a disappointment, as the photos on the booking site were misleading. What I found was a room in a merchant's house, far removed from the elegant tables and delicious meals depicted in the photos. I would advise potential guests to be cautious and not rely on these misleading images.

Overall, my stay at this hotel was good, but I did encounter one issue. I was told that breakfast would start at 8 am, but it actually began at 9 am. Despite this minor inconvenience, I would still recommend this hotel to others.
