“A nice hotel, but a bit noisy.”
The location is great, but it gets noisy whenever the train passes.
The onsen was not operational during my visit.
“Top Hotel in bester Lage direkt über dem Bahnhof!”
The hotel is super comfortable right above the Onomichi station. Even though it’s on the tracks, we didn’t notice any passing trains. The room equipment was excellent and the bathroom luxurious. We did a two‑day bike tour on the Shimanami Kaido, and we were able to lock our luggage free of charge (with Pasmo/Suica) in a locker in the hotel lobby. Highly recommended!

I booked a sea‑view room for 493 € per night, but the room had no window at all – a clear rip-off. I can provide photos of the room if needed. How can I get compensation for this?
“Convenient and modern location right at Onomichi Station”
A surprisingly spacious and modern room connected directly to the Onomichi station. The staff were very helpful and accommodated a request by us to store our luggage with them a day prior to check in while we rode the Shimanami Kaido. The room also had a cute elevated nook. Not an issue for me but the "nook" area in the unit looks out to the balcony and its unclear how private that area is. There are no concerns with privacy otherwise
