The hotel was absolutely stunning and I loved every minute of our stay. The staff were all incredibly lovely and made a huge effort to accommodate us; they truly had everything you need for a relaxing getaway. I loved it all!

This boutique hotel offered fantastic quality. The staff were extremely attentive, polite, and delivered a true 5‑star service. Food was very high quality throughout the day, and the pool area had plenty of space with adequate distance between loungers. Hamza at reception and Omar the pool attendant were especially attentive and excellent at their jobs. The only minor issue was that one morning the smoked salmon buffet plate ran out; I asked for a replacement and was told none was left.

The property had character and felt special, was spacious, and the staff were very friendly and professional. I didn’t like Palmeraie in general; it felt much tackier and soulless than I imagined. The property seemed a bit old and in need of renovation in places.

Fabulous location . Private villa with pool not only met but exceeded expectations. Staff were great, welcoming and friendly. I had notified them of an allergy pre-arrival and all staff were aware, however there were a few "near misses" which did impact upon the stay. The facilities are great, albeit, one of the restaurants was being refurbished , which meant that all meals had to be taken in the one restaurant - Libiti. That was not pre-communciated to us. Vegetarian options were very limited. Whilst the resort was pre-advised of my allergy (nuts), on arrival a nut based biscuit was served to me. This was imemdiately removed. On arrival at the villa, a platter of nuts was also presented. The nut allergy was again re-communciated on ordering room service. The following moring, the breakfast buffet had nuts on nearly every dish. The dinner that evening, resulted in a significant near miss. Having questioned whether the "pesto" on my starter was nut free, I was advised that it was. I requested that this was double-checked with the kitchen. I was told it was safe to eat, only then to be advised that the kitchen was not sure if it was nut free- only after having consumed some food. The starter was re-cooked, however the faith and trust had been lost at that point. A meeting then took place with the manager to ensure that there was no confusion. From that point, the F&B service was exceptional and specific plates were brought to me at every meal
