Everything was excellent—from the service, the staff’s manners, the warm welcome from the start, the cleanliness of the facilities, the location, to the breakfast.

The location and price were good, but the parking was tiny, the service horrible, the attendant had a bad look, the bathroom flooded the room, and the floor was peeling.

The hotel building is quite large. I felt the hotel had no management or someone in charge of the quality of service. I booked here and, upon entering the room, found it completely dirty, in unacceptable hygiene conditions. Worse, the bathroom trash bin was full of used, dirty toilet paper. I complained right away, and they said they would clean it. I waited for a while, but instead of fixing the problem properly, they decided to move me to another room. To my surprise, the second room was also dirty. In addition to the lack of hygiene, the staff’s service was disappointing because she showed no sympathy or the expected courtesy of a front‑desk employee. It is unacceptable to pay for accommodation and have to go through this type of situation. Cleanliness, hygiene, and customer respect are basic requirements, not extras. The experience was extremely disappointing and I do not recommend the hotel in these conditions. I hope the management takes action to improve the situation.

The service was great, the staff had amazing manners, and they were super attentive. Nothing negative.
