Arriving a bit late in the evening, the host was incredibly kind and even recommended places to eat since most restaurants were closed when we got there. He was welcoming and patient. I also appreciated that breakfast was offered every morning, though it would have been nicer if it started earlier than 9am; still fine for us because our schedule was loose and we had plenty of time to enjoy breakfast with other guests. The place is clean and well maintained. The air‑conditioner in our room works. Guests can use the kitchen and the fridge has ample space. The room we stayed in was just the right size, with enough space to keep our luggage on the floor. I also loved experiencing an authentic hanok stay at an affordable price, cheaper than other hanok options. The bathroom sometimes had a drainage smell, but it was tolerable—not too strong and not always present.
