The view and location were good. However, mold appeared on the ceilings, an extra toilet seat was left in the middle of the hallway looking freshly removed, and there was no toilet paper even after I requested it three times from the front desk.

The shower curtain in the bathroom had mold and the toilet was missing a seat. After telling staff, I was told to buy a new toilet seat, keep the receipt, and install it myself.

The Pier was great, but the room wasn’t clean; used towels were left on the back of the door, and the shower curtain had mildew and stains.
