The morning buffet was good, the pool was impressive, the room was clean and the service was nice, but the steak I had at the on‑site eatery was disappointingly tough and there was no seafood restaurant, which was a let‑down.
The facilities were large and tidy, and the staff were extremely friendly. No complaints.
The place is clean, close to the beach, and there are plenty of restaurants and cafés nearby. We were very disappointed. The breakfast line was long and we waited about 45 minutes to get in. Our dinner at the Italian restaurant was also let down: the waitress was unprofessional, mis‑took our order, and we waited roughly 40 minutes for the food; when it arrived, one main dish was missing. The waitress didn’t bother to refill our water. The manager offered a discount, which we appreciated, but the overall experience ruined our dinner.
The breakfast arrangement was unsatisfactory—since we didn't pay for the buffet, we avoided the long queues and ate elsewhere, which is not what you expect from a 5‑star hotel, but overall the stay was amazing.
“Resort vicino al mare”
The property is well maintained with sea views, very organized and clean, spacious with a variety of restaurants. There is a fairly wild beach not far from the resort, though swimming freely in the sea is not allowed on the island. The building is huge, but that is the norm in Korea; the beds were uncomfortable, especially the pillows. The gym is too small for such a large facility. I couldn’t get any spa treatment during my stay because everything was booked.
