Location, breakfast, shower quality, bedding, silent air conditioning. Soundproofing between rooms and between hallway and room is very bad; you can hear people talk as if they were in our room! Reception staff not friendly and give no advice to present the hotel and its services. Wellness center not accessible without reservation, expensive 30€/hour, and only open in the afternoon.

The common areas were very classy, but the room itself was a bit disappointing. The location was fine, the car service was decent, and the breakfast was okay. However, the room felt rather ordinary and could use a renovation, and the fridge wasn’t working.

The location was good. Unfortunately, the pool was closed for renovation and we only found out after we arrived.
