The room was spotless, though there were a few stains on the high curtains. We never received check‑out instructions via email on the day we checked in or out, so we went to the front desk where the staff told us to drop our keys in a box on the counter. When we reached the parking garage we had no keys because we’d already placed them in that box, forcing us to pay to exit the garage and then again for parking as an incidentals charge—$74 total. I hope someone can investigate and refund one of the $37 parking fees.

The location is great and the staff are friendly. We paid for an allergy room for our asthmatic son, but the bathroom was full of mould and the whole room had a damp smell. It really needs a ventilation overhaul.
