The staff were helpful and answered many questions about the area. The four‑bed dorm was fairly spacious, with each bed having its own shelf, light, and storage. The en suite shower had good water pressure. However, the beds lacked privacy curtains—some rooms had them, others didn’t—so light was an issue when trying to sleep. The mattress was too thin, the top bunk was uncomfortable, and the windows didn’t close properly, rattling at night.

Everything was great, the staff showed patience toward guests and communicated well.

The location and activity suggestions were the best, the neighborhood felt safe and the place was very clean. However, a construction site next door starts at 6.30 am and shakes the whole building, and sometimes when someone checks in later the staff turn on the lights at midnight to show the room.

The spot is ideal near the V&A, booking and extensions were smooth, the downstairs bar is great, and activities are planned every day of the week, even free ones. It would be nicer if the pool area stayed open a bit longer.
