I was very disappointed with this hotel. The room I received was completely different from the one I booked online; I had chosen a specific room based on its photos and description. I arrived around 6 am, had informed the hotel beforehand that I would be early, and they said they'd try to arrange an early check‑in. Instead, I was asked to pay an additional 150 euros on top of what I had already paid. Even with that extra fee, the room was very ordinary and did not meet my expectations, especially considering the price and the lack of the Bosphorus view I had expected. When I asked why I was charged extra and why I received a different room, the staff said they didn't know the booking details and claimed I was given a higher‑class room with extra services, but I didn't receive any clear additional services to justify the cost. Worse, the bed linens had not been changed, raising serious concerns about the hotel's cleaning standards. I also felt uncomfortable with the luggage service; the staff seemed to expect tips, making the service feel unwelcoming and focused on extra charges. Overall, I was not satisfied with my stay at all. The room, service, cleanliness, and unexpected fees were far below my expectations, and in my view the hotel does not offer the quality or value for money implied by its price. This experience was extremely disappointing, especially since I had carefully chosen and paid for my reservation based on the room shown on the website.
