I really enjoyed my time at Casa Botanique Angra – the room was snug and the little sitting nook with coffee, fresh water and a fridge was a nice touch. Carole was an amazing host, always warm and attentive, and the breakfast, with fresh local produce and stunning views, was a real treat. The locked carport gave me peace of mind and the two friendly dogs added extra charm, though I should warn future guests there are quite a few stairs to climb.

The view from the place was fantastic and Carole was always there to help, even when we arrived late at 11 p.m. We had no complaints whatsoever.

I fell in love with the house, Carole and her aunt – I’ve never felt so at home, and it was impossible to like it any more. Big hugs to everyone, especially Sebastião and Maria, and thank you from the bottom of my heart.

My stay at Casa Botanique was fantastic: a beautiful, spotless room, a super comfy bed and an amazing shower. The house is spacious with hammocks for relaxing, and they even provide beach towels, which made things really easy. I’ll definitely be back.
