This place was pure magic. The staff were wonderful, kind, and attentive, always ready to help. The group felt like a family. I loved the layout and style, the vibe, and the subtle luxury of the onsen area. My room had its own onsen on the terrace. The food was amazing – every dish felt like a work of art. Absolutely nothing could be improved.

Large comfortable room with a beautiful view, great onsen, but greatest of all was the food. Every meal was an experience we would look forward to: quality ingredients, expert preparation, and careful presentation. The service experience was luxurious but felt genuine, a sharp contrast with the rehearsed pomp you may find in standard luxury accommodations. One of our best hotel experiences
