The place is very central, perfectly located near everything, breakfast was delicious, the staff were very attentive, the room was spotless with comfortable beds, and we visited Cozumel for the 70.3 IM Cozumel event and it was perfect, but the room wasn’t ready until 13:00 even though we arrived at 11:00.

The layout and the room were great, and there were no complaints.

The cleaning was good, the rooms comfortable, and breakfast was fine, but the main entrance is via escalators, which makes moving luggage a bit difficult.

The breakfast was excellent and the room stayed quiet, but I had to keep asking for more towels. The final price wasn’t as clear as it should have been.
