The stay was fantastic! Everything was perfect: warm welcome, exceptional cleanliness, and maximum attention to guests. The location was excellent and the atmosphere truly pleasant.

The rooms are welcoming, new, modern, and very clean, with air conditioning and Wi‑Fi. The location is very strategic, almost next to the beach, the seafront, and the marina center, so close to any service, beach clubs, Trabocchi, bars, tobacconists, bakery, restaurants, a supermarket, and a bike path. Within a few minutes’ walk you have everything. The parking is on the property but must be booked. I’d say it’s truly exceptional; the owner is highly professional, kind, and super helpful. We had a divine stay and will definitely return.

“Soggiorno molto piacevole”

The seaside rooms are a beautiful, super clean structure, just two minutes’ walk from the beach and the center of San Salvo’s marina. At 50 metres there’s the Verde bike trail of the Coast of Trabocchi (wonderful). Sea, beach, seafront, and center are 200 metres on foot. There’s parking on the property but it must be booked by phone! (The car spot is very convenient, reserved under the top structure).

If you’re looking for a new, clean place, 250 metres from the sea, with private parking, you’re in the right spot.

The structure is really nice, new, modern, and super clean. Very close to the sea and the marina center. Parking inside the property is available and great. Luigi is an excellent host.
