The reception was very friendly, and our ground‑floor rooms were spotless. Everything we needed was in the room, and the location was central. We were the only guests, so a great breakfast buffet was prepared for us. Parking was right in front of the property, and the street was narrow but manageable in a small car.

I especially want to praise the two hosts; they were very kind and took great care of us. Even though I didn’t speak Italian, everything worked out smoothly.

I stayed at Casa Tecla in Civita. The highlights were the stunning terrace view for breakfast and the excellent cleanliness. Unfortunately, several issues negatively affected the stay: the bed was uncomfortable and the room, which seemed like a converted storage space, had no window, making it dim and somewhat suffocating. Breakfast was rather basic and not very varied.

The room was spacious, tucked away from the street so it was quiet, with soft and comfortable beds, a large bathroom that was brand new and spotless. The family owners were very kind and attentive to guests. Breakfast was fantastic, made with traditional foods on the terrace with a great view of the town of Civita.

The overall structure was good, but the large bedroom window lacked a curtain.
