The spot is gorgeous, super quiet, and the host feels like home—really lovely. The sunsets over the beach are amazing, and the swims and restaurants nearby are great. The villages close by add to the relaxation vibe.

The rooms, grounds, and everything else were beautifully designed and tastefully furnished. We were delighted by the many lovely plants lining the terraces and courtyard. From the pool one can see the sea, about 2 km below the accommodation. The hosts have two large friendly dogs that apparently smelled strongly because of the heat; we stayed in the room right next to their terrace and often smelled that odor around us, which bothered us. Also the cats sat on the outside chairs and our table when we were cutting bread in the evening, especially since the tablecloths were made of jute rather than wipe‑off material.

Dora’s welcome, her availability, and her friendliness left us with a great memory of our stay. Breakfast was excellent and the pool very enjoyable. It’s pleasant to live with Dora.

I loved my stay at Poggio Bellavista! The owner Dora pours her heart into everything she does and treats guests like family. Her warmth, humour, and attention to detail make you feel special! The room I stayed in was beautifully clean, with gorgeous towels and linen, and had all the facilities I needed. The whole property is stylish and beautifully decorated. It really feels like a home away from home, and Dora and her team make you feel so welcome, always happy to help where they can. As a solo traveller new to the area, I was given space and time to do my thing but also received generous assistance with various needs. I liked everything, but you need a car to stay here.
