Everyone on the team was professional, friendly, and helpful, but the gym’s equipment was limited and not fully functional, and the swimming area had a strong chlorine odor.

The hotel smelled like carpet powder and made me nauseous; everything felt old, the shower was disgusting, the vanity lights didn’t work, and six police officers nearly beat me down looking for someone named “Willy” after a tip that he was in my room. The parking lot is poorly lit, located outside town, and the area feels incredibly sketchy—I'll never return.

“Very disappointing...online rating is not truthful.”

The front desk staff were friendly, but they couldn’t resolve my issues and there was no maintenance person present when I arrived at 7 pm. The bathroom ceiling fan and light wouldn’t turn on, the sink had a dim light that wasn’t enough, and the wall‑mounted hair dryer’s controls only worked for the hottest setting. When I asked to switch rooms, the staff moved me to the next door, yet both TV remotes were dead and the room phone didn’t work, so I stayed in the dim, hot room. The bed was the most uncomfortable I’ve ever slept on. The air‑conditioning unit’s wall controls were faulty, smelled musty, and the sliding window opened all the way without a screen, posing a safety hazard. The hotel apparently used satellite TV with only about five PBS‑style channels that kept losing signal and pixelating; I eventually just turned it off and slept. On the first floor restroom had no paper towels in the dispenser, and all these small problems added up to a very unpleasant stay.
