" you.ll have to wait, come back after 3pm we dont want to give you a dirty room'" try " please take a seat, while i ensure your room is prepared. ' you may order a drink or some tea. the bar bar is just over there. "

“Lovely hotel.”

We were warmly welcomed and the hotel was lovely and clean. The room and decor were great. Bournemouth itself had a slightly bad vibe, but that wasn’t the hotel’s fault.

I stayed for just one midweek night and everything ran smoothly: the room was quiet, the bed was comfy, the staff were friendly, and I could drop off my heavy bags before and after check‑in to make the most of my time. I also used the pool and appreciated having a proper bathtub. I didn’t have any issues leaving my bags at reception all day; they were safely tucked behind the counter and staff were present all day. It worked perfectly for me, but if you need a locked storage space it might not suit you.

“Good stay but would likely choose another hotel if visiting Bournmouth again.”

The location was good, with easy access to the beach. The beds were super comfy and the underground car park was easy to reach. The shower had very low pressure; water trickled and took forever.

The location was great and the staff were excellent and truly welcoming. The décor is tired and desperately needs a refurbishment. Instead of a double bed we got two singles pushed together, and there was no tea or coffee in the room.
