It was incredibly quiet and felt safe, with the whole place looking immaculate.
The spot is solid for getting around; the bus stop is right outside the door, making trips around the city straightforward.
The staff were friendly, offering tips on buses and sights.
Breakfast was generous and delicious.

The location was perfect, and the next morning I had an excursion. The host was so kind as to prepare a lunch pack for me.
“Clean rooms, but a tricky location”
The room was spotless and the housekeeping really kept everything tidy, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the hotel sits a bit off the main attractions, so getting around required a longer walk or a ride. Overall, a clean place but not in the most convenient spot.

Linda, Jenny and the family were so lovely; the room felt very homely and comfortable, complete with a fridge, freezer, coffee making facilities and a microwave on the landing. Every morning breakfast was tasty, and Linda would come by to chat and check that we were okay—by the end she felt like a friend. We enjoyed talking to other guests at breakfast, and the bus stop was right nearby while the neighborhood felt safe and very quiet, making for an excellent stay. We got used to the rule of being quiet after 10 pm and wearing no shoes inside the house—no problem for us, it was their home after all. Don’t be put off by the booking message; they’re just honest about what they provide. The family are lovely.

Excellent and charming B&B with cosy rooms in a very nice residential area not far from downtown Vancouver. Linda and Jenny are very friendly and welcoming hosts, happy to offer helpful tips and suggestions. Nothing negative. For us, this was one of the best B&Bs we have ever had.
