The only thing that saved this hotel during our stay was the staff, especially the receptionist lady. Everything was broken, the room was very dirty, the decor hanging over the bed was dusty, the smell was rotten—just awful! There were no towels or spa slippers.

The dining area and the inner courtyard were good. The shower in the bathroom leaked under the door, the bed creaked, the bath was cold, and the sauna was not good.

The restaurant and the animal-friendly environment were nice. The bed was creaking, the wellness water was cold, and by 8 pm the lights were already turned off even though they were open until 9 pm :))

The pool was warm, and the sauna felt cozy too, but the kitchen staff were slow and clumsy – the server even wrote the salad after the main dish, rushed to clear plates, and so on.
