The service was fine, but the power went out and my partner and I were stuck in the elevator; we had to find a way out ourselves.

The staff were good, but we had VIP wristbands and were denied access to some beach chairs even though that area was empty.

L'hotel està envoltat de natura. Despertar-se als matins veient com les iguanes prenen el sol a sobre les palmeres no té preu. Es poden observar també diferents tipus d'aus. El menjar de l'hotel, tot i ser Buffett está sempre molt bó i fresc. El menjar del restaurant per a sopar está també prou bé, però al cap d'un parell de dies falta com una mica de varietat. El personal és molt amable i atent. L'hotel està un poc lluny de la ciutat. Un uber al centre ve a costar uns 13€ per trajecte. El schuttle al centre anava només un cop al dia, res a veure amb el que hi havia anunciat a la web de l'hotel, i tot i tenir-lo reservat per a tornar a l'hotel, a nosaltres no ens va recollir
