“Bad experience”

Awful. Elevator to work, clean room

“Horrible.”

Nothing. Everything was dirty. Pee stains all over everything. Hair in and on everything. Hair in the gravy at breakfast! Had to switch rooms cause the first one was so dirty. Mold on ceilings. Hot tub didn’t work. Smelt like sewage in first floor. Alexa was nice though.

The location is good. The overall stay experience was the worst; we usually love staying here, but this time it was just a terrible stay and experience.
