Walk to the high‑speed train station, and the sea view from the room was nice. The rooms are a bit old but clean. Staff need a translation app, but the old town is just a stroll away.

The hotel is right on the sea and close to the pier and Zhongshan Road, but it's clearly old and needs a makeover. My room smelled stale, and I expected a city view but only saw a shabby courtyard. The rooms are noisy—could hear neighbors—and the staff were polite.

The hotel is on the first line, 900m from the metro, and has a cool 1970s Soviet wooden vibe. Breakfast is decent but very Chinese. They take a 200‑yuan deposit at check‑in that they hand back at check‑out without inspecting the room—just know about it.
