“Wyjątkowy personel i lokalizacja”

The staff were very polite and welcoming with smiles; when I arrived much earlier than check‑in time, my room was already ready and I received the key immediately. The location is fantastic, close to Krupówki, a bus stop, and a shop. The room has everything needed, and the 24‑hour reception plus luggage storage are big pluses. Some furnishings show signs of wear, but that doesn’t diminish the overall positive experience and I’m very satisfied with my stay.

“Zakopane è un posto davvero meraviglioso, contiamo di tornare altre volte”

The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms comfortable, and the location is excellent for visiting both Zakopane’s center and the natural trail areas. We were only a few hundred metres from a main road with many buses heading to attractions like Morskie Oko lake. The curtains on the windows were not very opaque; as soon as daylight came in, the room flooded with light, which was a problem for me since I need complete darkness to sleep.

The breakfast was excellent, the staff were friendly and helpful, the place was quiet with a mountain view, everything was close, and you could order the breakfast package for 5.00 – highly recommend.

I enjoyed a great stay here; the location was perfect—quiet and peaceful yet within easy walking distance to the city centre and main sights. The room was very comfortable, spotless, and had everything needed for a relaxing trip. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. I would strongly recommend this place to anyone seeking a convenient and pleasant stay, and I would definitely come back.
