The location was incredibly convenient, right next to the castle, the metro, and one of Milan’s most beautiful streets. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The building was very clean and the rooms were very comfortable. I would recommend it to people traveling for work.

The hotel sits in a very central spot, which is convenient, and the room itself was spotless. However, a leaking shower in the corner was a problem, and the room was noisy—neighbors were audible and there was a construction site right outside the window. The bed was too narrow, and there were only three hangers for clothes.

I stayed in a room that had wooden splinters in the bed and even on the mattress, plus spiders everywhere. The room was filthy; I will never choose this hotel again. It was extremely dirty and awful.

I stayed at this hotel with my mother between 1–4 October, and unfortunately the experience was extremely bad. First, our room was really cold. While the daytime weather in Milan can be mild, evenings get seriously cold and the inside of buildings can be even colder than outside. The room’s AC only reached 23 °C and kept blowing cold air because it was still left in summer mode. When we reported this to reception, we were met with a very indifferent, rude, and condescending attitude, and they replied, “In Milan, the AC temperature cannot be set above 25 °C before 15 October.” When we told them we were cold and asked for a solution, they plainly said, “There is nothing we can do.” No solution was offered for guest comfort or satisfaction. The hotel rooms were extremely small. The room was so cramped that even a single person could barely stay comfortably. The bathroom was worse: the toilet door barely opened and hit the shower enclosure when it did; the toilet and sink were almost touching. After entering the room, there was only enough space for a few steps. Moreover, there was no hand soap in the bathroom, which was unacceptable. In short, I was not satisfied with either the room conditions or the staff’s indifferent and rude approach to the problem. I do not think the price we paid was justified. When I come back to Milan, I will definitely not stay here again, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. 0/10
